Version 1.0.3

Hello everyone! Another small update for the Field Guide to the Rao Co Gate LCP file. I've updated the LCP to v1.0.3 and added the new changelog to the page as well. I'll log the changes below, same as last time.

• Fixed some typos in the IPS-N Winter’s block
  • Thanks to spooky_bnuuy on Discord for pointing those out!
• Adjusted the SSC Karamono’s core passive Wicked Keening to affect characters even while intangible.
  • Wicked Keening was intended to be used while intangible anyway; the added clause just clarifies that that is how it works.
