Version 1.0.4
Hello everyone! After some recent playtesting and work, I have an update for the Field Guide to the Rao Co Gate LCP file. I've updated the LCP to v1.0.4 and added the new changelog to the page as well. I'll log the changes below, same as usual.
- Fixed an LCP error that put Limited 4 on any weapon with the IPS-N Winter’s Billhook Barbs weapon mod instead of the Barbs themself having limited.
- SSC Core Bonus “Pseudo-Prescient Algorithms” no longer benefits from bonus damage on a PPA’d hit, renamed to “Pseudoprescient Neural Mesh.”
- SSC Karamono changes:
- “Headsman’s Stride” trait made 1/turn.
- Prevents the Karamono from just walking around while intangible to impair a bunch of NPCs while still permitting plays with “Dark Step.”
- “Wicked Keening” core passive area of effect reduced to Burst 1 from Burst 3; characters under the effect of Wicked Keening’s scan may interact with the Karamono as if it were tangible for the duration of the effect.
- Makes the Karamono more interactive with its targets. If you wanna hack a guy, you have to be careful that he doesn’t hit you right back.
- Ignoring cover removed from “Nightmarch” Second Death effect.
- “Nightmarch” Third Death effect changed to Shredded from all damage is irreducible.
- This specific change is intended to provide Third Death with more interactivity for both PCs and NPCs.
- “Impending Death” core active quick action is now 1/round.
- “Impending Death” may only be used against Doomed characters within Sensors.
- “Headsman’s Stride” trait made 1/turn.
- SSC Grayling changes:
- Core Passive “Poisoned Blade” Bane die increased in size from d3 to d6, set at d4.
- Characters who reach 1 on the Bane die are Shredded and Exposed until the end of their next turn instead of indefinitely.
- This may see a reversal, but who knows?
- Characters may only be affected by a Bane die 1/scene.
- HA Zenobia changes:
- Speed increased to 5 from 4.
- Sensors increased to 8 from 5.
- These changes are intended to make the melee-focused Zenobia more prevalent on the battlefield.
- The Zenobia’s Causality Spool, Breacher Drone, and Caldera Drone now only affect hostile characters.
- The Hundred Devils nexus’ On Crit effect only affects hostile characters.
- Trueblack Tetsubo’s Primed profile damage increased to 2d6+6 from 2d6+3.
- Blinkspace Shear’s options now require a quick action instead of a full action. Both have been adjusted accordingly.
- Open The Dimensia creates a Blast 1 space in Sensors instead of a Blast 2 space within Range 5.
- Points in the Black changed to “teleport to any free space adjacent to one of your drones. You may destroy that drone to gain GRIT+2 Overshield and restore its limited charge, if any.”
